Orders

Occasionally, delays in production can cause shipping delays. We’re a small company and produce most of our items in house, by hand. When there are such delays we will notify you via email as soon as possible with an expected ship date and the option to cancel.

Occasionally, unexpected errors cause us to oversell certain items. If we do not have an item you ordered in stock we will remove it from your order and notify you by email as soon as possible. All remaining items on your order that are in stock will continue to be shipped. If this is the case, we will not charge you for the out of stock item or any taxes or shipping associated with that item.

Our merchandise is not authorized for re-sale (unless by an authorized dealer). In order to enforce this policy, purchases are limited to five units per style, per customer, at our discretion. Some items have stricter limits. These limits are noted on the product page. However, there may be exceptions to this policy. Please contact us to discuss your bulk ordering needs.

Shipping

We provide FREE standard shipping for all domestic (US) orders over $150. A flat rate of $10 will be charged for standard shipping for all domestic (US) orders under $150.

Orders are processed on weekdays (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) and most packages ship via UPS Ground within 2-4 business days from the time your order is placed, pending credit card approval. Most orders will arrive 7-10 business days after the order is placed.

We will email you a sales receipt and a tracking number when the order ships.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We are proud to ship to many countries around the world. For a shipping quote, please shop on our website as usual. Once all items you wish to purchase are added to your cart, proceed to checkout and our system will provide a shipping quote based on the weight of the order and shipping address. Shipping quotes may differ based on carrier and method chosen.

Please note that duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient, which will be due at time of delivery. These charges are determined by the customs agency of the destination country. For additional information please contact your local customs office. Also please be aware of any commodity specific import regulations or restrictions that might affect your shipment.

Returns

Didn’t work out? Don’t worry—returns are easy. Simply mail back your unused item(s) within 60 days for a refund.

To request an exchange, please order your replacement items online. You’ll be charged for this new order when it ships, and once we receive your return a separate refund will be processed, credited to your original form of payment.

INSTRUCTIONS

Include a copy of your order, order receipt or packing slip. We recommend purchasing tracking and insurance on the return delivery. Items must be returned in original condition. Please send to the following address:

Items such as t-shirts ordered directly through Amazon must be returned to Amazon using their returns process.

As a safeguard against potential abuse, we reserve the right to deny anyone who has made what we determine to be excessive, unreasonable, or fraudulent return requests.

Warranty

Procya products are designed to perform and endure even as you push the limits. Because we stand behind our products (and because it’s the law) we have developed a warranty policy to provide you protection in the event of a defect of material, design, or construction.

If you answer yes to both of the following questions, your item most likely qualifies for warranty coverage.

  1. Is this a true defect? A true manufacturing defect, whether derived from failure of material, design, or construction, will usually manifest itself quite quickly, and can almost always be detected within the first 6 month of use.
  2. Is the item still within its expected lifetime? The lifetime of most apparel and accessories is 2-3 years, but is also dependent on individual use. Our policy does not cover normal wear and tear.

It’s our goal to assist you whenever possible, but before you send in your item please review our warranty policy and use your best judgment. Over time, all gear is subject to some degree of fading or tearing, piling or snagging, or zippers that no longer catch. The reality is that at a certain point even your most rugged, dependable pieces will need to be replaced.

Items that do not qualify for warranty coverage are identified as such because there is no genuine manufacturing defect present (damaged was caused by misuse or normal wear and tear) and/or the expected lifetime of the item has already passed. In most cases, such an item will be returned to you in the condition in which it was received.

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Clean your garment. The law requires all items be in clean condition before we can evaluate them. Items requiring cleaning will delay the warranty process and/or incur an additional charge.
  2. Include your name, shipping address, and reason you believe the item qualifies for warranty coverage.
  3. Send your item to us at the following address. You are responsible for shipping items to us, but we will cover the shipping costs back to you. We encourage you to use a reliable carrier that offers tracking and insurance.

When possible, qualifying items will be repaired at no cost to you. In cases where the cost of the repairs exceeds the value of the product or if we determine the item should not be repaired, a replacement or refund will be provided instead. In cases where we are not able to repair an item, a replacement may be provided. We are only able to issue identical replacements. The replacement item must share the same item number and price point as the original. In cases where the item is not repairable and a replacement is unavailable or impossible, and at our discretion, a refund in the form of a credit will be provided.
